• Project Data: Blender files (.blend), ZIP archives, project titles, descriptions, and any other content you upload to share with the community
• User-Generated Content: Comments, feedback, and any other content you post or share on the Service

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you access or use our Service, we automatically collect certain information:

• Usage Data: Information about how you interact with our Service, including pages visited, features used, time spent on the Service, and your actions within the platform
• Device Information: Browser type and version, operating system, device type, and unique device identifiers
• Log Data: IP address, access times, referring/exit pages, and clickstream data

2.3 Information We Do NOT Collect

We want to be clear about what we don't collect:

• We do not collect payment information (we do not currently offer paid services)

• We do not access or read the contents of your Blender files beyond what is necessary to provide the Service

Blendflare uses Google OAuth 2.0 for authentication. This allows you to sign in to Blendflare using your existing Google account without creating a separate username and password.

3.1 Data Accessed from Google

When you sign in with Google, we request access to the following information from your Google account:

• Email address: Used as your unique identifier and for account-related communications
• Name: Used to personalize your experience and display on your public profile
• Profile picture: Used to display on your public profile (optional)

3.2 How We Use Google User Data

We use the information received from Google solely for the following purposes:

• To create and manage your Blendflare account
• To authenticate you when you sign in to the Service
• To personalize your experience on Blendflare
• To communicate with you about your account and the Service

3.3 Limited Use Disclosure

Blendflare's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

3.4 Data Security

We store Google OAuth tokens securely and encrypted. These tokens are only used to verify your identity when you access Blendflare. We never share your Google account credentials or OAuth tokens with third parties.

3.5 Revoking Access

You can revoke Blendflare's access to your Google account at any time by visiting your Google Account Permissions page. Revoking access will prevent you from signing in to Blendflare, but will not delete your Blendflare account or uploaded projects. • Your public profile information (username, bio, profile picture, external links)

6.2 We Do NOT Sell Your Data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes or any other purpose.

6.3 Third-Party Service Providers

We may share your information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating the Service, such as:

• Cloud hosting providers: To store and deliver content

7.1 How Long We Keep Your Data

• Project Data: Retained until you delete the projects or your account

7.2 Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at contact@blendflare.com. Upon receiving your deletion request:

• We will delete your account within 30 days
• All your uploaded projects will be permanently removed
• Your profile information will be deleted
• Some data may be retained in backups for up to 90 days before permanent deletion
• We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., preventing abuse)

7.3 Project Deletion

You can delete individual projects at any time through your account dashboard. Deleted projects are permanently removed from our servers within 7 days.

7.4 Inactive Accounts

We reserve the right to delete accounts that have been inactive for more than 2 years after providing reasonable notice to the email address associated with the account.

Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information:

8.1 Access and Portability

• You can access your account information and projects through your account dashboard
• You can download your projects at any time
• You can request a copy of your personal data by contacting us

8.2 Correction

• You can update your profile information through your account settings
• You can edit project titles, descriptions, and other project data

9.4 Security Breach Notification

In the event of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you and relevant authorities as required by applicable law within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach.

Blendflare is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at contact@blendflare.com. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from children under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will take steps to remove that information from our servers.

Users between the ages of 13 and 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) should have their parent or guardian's permission before using the Service.
